Sandra Abolade

Sandra – Strength & Transformation Coach

Sandra’s journey into fitness came from necessity, not vanity. After struggling with her weight, prediabetes, and self-image, she discovered strength training — and it changed everything. She lost 60 pounds, reversed her prediabetes, and rebuilt not just her body, but her confidence and identity.

Sandra brings that same life-changing energy to every session. She understands the emotional and physical struggles many women face, and she creates a space that’s supportive, real, and empowering. With a mix of compassion and accountability, she helps clients get stronger, leaner, and more confident — from the inside out.

Whether you’re just starting or starting over, Sandra’s approach is about more than workouts — it’s about transformation that lasts.

Shane Condappa

A smiling man with glasses and a watch, wearing a black T-shirt, standing with his arms crossed in a gym.

My passion for health and fitness started young — I was 230 lbs at age 15 while my mom battled breast cancer. I knew I had to make a change.

I earned my degree from Kean University in Athletic Training with a minor in Sociology and became a Certified Personal Trainer. I started my fitness career in 2011 and quickly rose through the ranks in a national gym chain, eventually becoming an Assistant Fitness Manager.

When the pandemic hit, I pivoted to virtual training and eventually opened my own studio, Colosseum Fitness, in October 2020. That decision allowed me to create a space that supports both clients and fellow trainers.

I’m excited for what’s next — and grateful for the journey so far.
